Imogene Ruth “Jeanie” Brown, 78, of Circleville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 15, 2016, after a very brief battle with cancer.
She joins her husband of 50 plus years, Paul E. Brown Sr., and her kitty, Purdy Boy. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Kirby and Lou (Johnson) Huffines.
She was retired from General Electric.
She enjoyed her church Outreach Ministries, Pastor Doyne Wiggins and her very dear friend, Elsie Wiggins.
Jeanie is survived by her children, Paul E. Jr., Ted (Libby), Doug (Jennifer), David (Lynn) Brown, Paula (Lon) McCue and Teresa (Scott) Reed; grandchildren, Tamara Miller, Keri (Jacob) Stone, Tara Brown (Mike), Jessica Bagnall (Jeremy), Joshua (Emily) Brown, Jaime Brown, Alex (Melody) McCue, Matthew (Sarah) Smith, Paul Brown III, Dustin (Jamie) Reed, Kimberly Brown, Meghan (Kyle) Karshner, Ian McCue, Dana Smith (Christopher) and Corey Reed; great-grandchildren, Logan, Aubrey, Emma, Luke, Gabriel, Sam, Israelle Grace, Eliana Joy, Zavier Paul, Paisleigh Jean and one more due in July; and by one sister, Betty Jo (Jim) Stauffer.
Private graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016, in Forest Cemetery.
