Clarence V. “J.R.” Holbrook Jr., 49, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly at 5:31 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016, at Adena Regional Medical Center.
He was born March 28, 1966, in Pickaway County, to the late Clarence V. Sr. and Charlotte J. Phillips Holbrook.
He is survived by a son, Clarence V. “C.J.” Holbrook III; brothers, James Holbrook and David (Laura) Holbrook; a sister, Tammy Holbrook; and his girlfriend, Cheryl Holderman.
Clarence was a self-employed laborer.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016, at the Ware Funeral Home, Chillicothe. There will be no funeral service.
