Betty Lou Hunt, 85, of South Bloomingville, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015, in Circleville.
She was born on Feb. 20, 1930, in Wyandot, Michigan, to John and Nina (Russ) Domigan.
She was an active member of Polk City Grange, was a council member of the village of Polk City and was very passionate in helping the homeless and needy, cooking meals for them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Thelma Jean Hively; and son, Kenneth Maynard.
Betty is survived by her husband, Edward Hunt; children, John Wayne and James Lee Maynard, Larry Hunt and Brenda Marie Duty; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Rose Horde; and brother, Bill Domigan.
A memorial service was held by the family.
