Albert R. Logan of Circleville passed away on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015, at Mount Carmel West Hospital.
He was born to the late Homer and Virginia (Mayes) Logan.
Albert retired from the former American Aggregates, where he worked as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Circleville.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Betty J. (Shirkey); daughters, Christina (Eric) Hernandez of Circleville, Sherry (Gerardo) Gonzalez of Circleville and Virginia (Brian) Holder of Columbus; grandchildren, Michael (Kelli) Peters, Tiffany Peters, Tyler (Elizabeth) Puckett, David Smallridge, Robert Short, Danielle Nicole Puckett, Blake Norman, Chad Norman and Haylee Washington; great-grandchildren, Makayla Peters, Logan Peters, Gabriella Crane, Brantly Peters and Scarlett Crane; brother, Homer Logan; and special ex sons-in-law, David Smallridge, Edward Puckett and Darrick Scott.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday with the funeral service following at 1 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville. Father Ted Machnik will be officiating. Burial will follow at Fernwood Cemetery, Lockbourne.
