William Murdock, representative of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, was the guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Circleville Sunrise Rotary club.

Murdock talked about the recent MORPC 2050 report on future growth. He discussed how the regional area will be impacted by the addition of 500,000 people by 2050.

Murdock also talked about the necessity of long-range planning in order to meet the housing, commercial development, transportation and employment needs of this population growth.
