The incident occurred around 2 p.m., prompting a flurry of emergency responses. A distress call reported a semi rollover with entrapment and fire at 11101 Crownover Mill Road in Perry Township. Upon arrival, first responders encountered a chaotic scene: the semi had veered off the road, flipping onto its top, trapping the driver inside.
