CIRCLEVILLE – New Circleville Council 2022, Two new Council members took positions tonight during the first Council meeting of the year. Tom Duvall took a at large position, and Caryn E. Koch-Esterline took 2nd ward. Barry Keller former 2nd ward took the Circleville President position. Watch as Judge Peters swears all into office.
