Bates, age 40 of Crooksville, Ohio was located lying in the roadway near 11833 Old Rainer Road
Roseville, Ohio with two gunshot wounds. At the conclusion of the investigation, Joshua D.
Bergeron was arrested and later indicted on two counts of Murder and two counts of Felonious Assault.
