OHIO – Great fall activity is watching the stars in a crisp night sky, and a prime time to do that is the next few days.
The Orionid meteor shower is already upon us in tonight’s skies but it will peak on October 20th and 21.
Best time to view the shower is late at night and early morning, and being October make sure you dress warm and bring a few blankets.
At peak the meteor shower will produce about 20 meteors per hour.
Orionids are debris left from Haley’s comet that cruises through our skies only once every 80 plus years.
