Ross – Ross Counties sheriff office is attempting to locate 16 year old Andre Hector. Mr. Hector ran away from his home on Sullivan Road at approximately 10:00 p.m.
He is 6’00” tall, 220 lbs., black hair and hazel eyes. He was last known to be wearing blue jeans and a white shirt.
