CIRCLEVILLE – Circleville Police department reports that they have found a missing woman out of Chillicothe
Rachel Sullivan/Elliot was last seen in Circleville Ohio, a missing woman from Chillicothe. She is 5’5 160 LBS Brown Hair Hazel Eyes and described as missing a part of her front tooth.
According to the Circleville Police department, the department along with assistance from Municipal Court Probation Officers located Rachel earlier today in a wooded area of the City. Rachel was reported missing earlier this week from Chillicothe. We would like to thank the public for all the tips that helped us locate Rachel.
