Licking County OH- Licking County Sheriffs Detectives have arrested the Financial Secretary of the Hartford Fair Board for the misappropriation of funds from Fair Board Accounts.
Brooke Williams Browning age 48 of Centerburg has been charged with Felony Theft. Missing or improperly spent funds appear to exceed $11,000.00. A financial audit is currently underway to determine if additional funds have been misspent.
