The Woman of the Moose Lodge Chapter 1076 in Hilliard recently made a generous donation to the Harrisburg Police Department—a case of stuffed Tommy Moose animals to help comfort children in distress.
When officers respond to incidents involving young children, they can now offer these soft, cuddly toys to help calm and reassure them during difficult moments. The donation aims to provide comfort and a sense of security for children who may be frightened or upset during police interactions.
“We are grateful for the thoughtful donation from the Hilliard Moose Lodge,” said a representative from Harrisburg PD. “The Tommy Moose will be a valuable tool for officers to use when working with children in distress.”
