He is micro chipped, however it is to an unknown registered chip identification. The vet thought he does belong to someone because he has been well cared for. The local pound will contact Bane-Welker if his rightful owner is found. To be certain that the rightful owner(s) claim him, photos of the dog and a valid ID will be required to anyone claiming him.
