OHIO – Governor Dewine has activated the National guard again for several month term for 150 soldiers in Washington DC.

About 150 soldiers from Toledo’s 323rd Military Police Company will head to Washington DC to, “enforce security, protect lives, and preserve critical infrastructure.”

Earlier this month Dewine activated 1000 soldiers to Washington for President Joe Biden’s inauguration, and 500 to Columbus Ohio due to ongoing threats.
