CIRCLEVILLE – City Council adopted the new park board rules and regulations on the August 7,2018 Council Meeting. Most of the rules are standard all over Ohio including No Smoking and Drinking in the parks. These rules are enforceable by Circleville Police Department if you see a violation that needs to be addressed.
