COMMERCIAL POINT – Stolen Vehicle Recovered Tuesday afternoon a Commercial Point resident reported to police that there has been an unfamiliar vehicle parked in the Chestnut Commons subdivision since Christmas Eve.
After a brief investigation, it was determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen from a Columbus car dealership. According to an area resident, the vehicle was used to deliver items to a neighboring home when the vehicle broke down and was left abandoned.
Commercial Point Police released the vehicle to the dealership and will continue to work in collaboration with Columbus Police to identify the suspect.
