CIRCLEVILLE, OH (January 9, 2025) — Circleville Police responded to a variety of incidents throughout the day on January 9, 2025, including thefts, domestic disturbances, and welfare checks. Below is a summary of key events from the daily log:

  • Traffic Stop & Citation: At 12:39 AM on Abernathy Ave, officers conducted a traffic stop, issuing a citation to the driver.
  • Message Delivery: Police responded to two separate calls on Cedar Heights Rd at 5:13 AM and 7:04 AM. Both were marked as Gone On Arrival (GOA)/Unable to Locate (UATL).
  • Alarm Drops & Fire EMS Calls: Officers checked an alarm drop at 7:54 AM on West Main St and found everything secure. An alarm drop (Fire/EMS) was also reported on East Mound St at 8:20 AM, which was cleared with no issues.
