CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — The Circleville Noon Rotary Club has stepped up to meet a critical community hygiene need, coordinating the delivery of three massive pallets of bar soap to the Pickaway County Community Action Org. (PICCA).

The large-scale donation was made possible through a joint effort between the local civic group and regional business partners, with specific logistics support provided by Daryl Wolfe of Micro Systems and Kevin Steward of Darby Creek Excavating.

The truckload of supplies will be split between PICCA’s primary empowerment facility and the local community mobile shower trailer, ensuring that vulnerable residents and families across Pickaway County have direct access to essential daily hygiene products.

Local Impact and Thanks

The arrival of the donation was met with deep appreciation from agency leadership, who noted that high-volume donations of physical hygiene goods directly offset operational costs and allow resources to stretch further.

“Thank you to these companies and Noon Rotary for everything they do to support our agency,” said Jonna Motter, Executive Director of PICCA. “We are extremely thankful for everything you do for us.”

Present at the official handover of the three pallets were Daryl Wolfe (Noon Rotary Executive Secretary), Fallon Kingery (Empowerment Services Director at PICCA), Michelle Triplett (PICCA), Deb Nelson (PICCA), and Robert Radcliff (Noon Rotary President).

PICCA continues to provide community resources, housing support, and utility assistance across the county. Those interested in donating items or volunteering with the agency are encouraged to contact PICCA directly.
