CHILLICOTHE – A Circleville man has passed away after a one car accident on Westfall road in Chillicothe.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol around 6 pm on Sunday an accident occurred when Larry Herron, 59, of Circleville went left of center traveled off the left side of the road and struck a fence and utility pole.
Herron was transported via Adena Regional hospital by Medflight helicopter. Sadly Herron succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
Concord Township Fire/EMS and Ohio State Troopers were on scene. Crash is still under investigation.
