CHILLICOTHE — The Chillicothe Police Department responded to a range of calls across the city on Monday, April 22, resulting in multiple arrests and ongoing investigations. The daily activity report highlighted 20 incidents, including disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, warrants, and drug-related offenses.

Early that morning, a domestic dispute on Steele Street led to the arrest of an intoxicated individual for disorderly conduct. Later, officers responded to Whaley Place for a neighbor dispute; both parties were issued warnings.

Throughout the day, officers conducted multiple warrant arrests, including on Nancy Wilson Way and North Bridge Street. One suspect, identified as Evan Miller, was taken into custody for outstanding warrants and transported to Ross County Jail. Another, Terry Stokley, was arrested on the Bridge Street bridge for failing to appear in court on domestic violence and drug paraphernalia charges.

Reports of criminal mischief included a damaged padlock at a warehouse on North Bridge Street and disturbances near Watt Street. Drug-related investigations are also underway following a call to Jefferson Avenue, where police assisted probation officers.

Two separate theft reports were filed—one at Crystal Clean Car Wash on North Bridge Street and another via phone regarding an incident on North Paint Street. Officers also responded to two criminal trespass cases, one on Renick Avenue and another involving a barred individual spotted in front of Aldi at the Chillicothe Mall.

Several non-criminal cases were noted, including well-being checks and ongoing missing person investigations.

As these investigations continue, CPD encourages residents to report suspicious activity and stay alert.
