Chillicothe OH- There have been three Chillicothe Police officers injured this afternoon in what they are calling an “altercation” with two suspects arrested.
It happened just a short while ago, medics and additional law enforcement were dispatched to an address on Cheyenne Drive on the cities north end. The three officers were transported to Adena Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.
We were on scene for a video interview with an officer familiar with the incident.
While on scene, we spoke with witnesses that told us the names of the two suspects who were arrested and booked in at the Ross County Jail.
Jose Mejiah is facing multiple Felonious Assault charges.
Ronald Fisher is facing an Obstructing Official Business and Disorderly Conduct charges.
Apparently, officers at the Ross County jail didn’t appreciate the wide smile on Mr. Fishers face during his first mugshot appearance below and made him take a new one.
