Pickaway County – An emergency water rescue has been reported in the Scioto River around 12 pm on Sunday.
According to early reports emergency squads have been called to the area of US-22 and Scioto River just outside of Circleville. A juvenile young teen is reported to be in the middle of the waterway stuck on a tree and cannot get out.
Update, after about 40 minutes the juvenile was saved and taken to shore unharmed.
