Bainbridge Youth Center Attempted Escape Leads to Arrest for Resisting Arrest and Menacing

Bainbridge, Ohio – On May 10, 2024, Deputy Dutcher responded to a disturbance at the Lighthouse Youth Center involving a student who was reportedly fighting with staff and attempting to escape.

Upon arrival, the situation escalated as the student continued to resist arrest and engage in physical altercations with both Deputy Dutcher and the facility staff. It was reported that the student also made threatening remarks, indicating knowledge of staff members’ whereabouts and intentions to harm them upon release.

The student, who had been placed in the Lighthouse Youth Center following a juvenile conviction for Felonious Assault, had since reached adulthood. Terrell Davis now 19 years old has been charged with escape, aggravated menacing, resisting arrest, and menacing is being held in Ross County jail now.
