LEGAL NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
All Pickaway County property owners please be advised that the County has completed its work
of equalization and property value setting for tax year 2026 Triennial Update, to be used for tax
purposes in calendar year 2027.
The tentative valuations are open for public inspection in the County Auditor’s office Monday
through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and said values are published on the County Auditor’s
website (https://auditor.pickawaycountyohio.gov/)
“The triennial update gathers sales data from the past three years to establish a fair market
value for property in Pickaway County,” Auditor Brad Washburn said. “Ohio Revised Code
requires every county to reassess property values every three years with a complete reappraisal
every six years.”
The Pickaway County Auditor’s Office will conduct in person informal reviews on August 11th-
13 th from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Please call the Auditors’ Office (740-474-4765) to schedule your
appointment. All official Board of Revisions complaints must be filed between January 1 , 2027 –
March 31, 2027.
