This year as well, we were blessed to have a Ohio National Officer Candidate that was
from our chapter. From the graduating class of 2023 from Amanda-Clearcreek, Hannah Saum
represented Ohio as a National Officer Candidate. Through a week’s time Hannah completed
many interviews and went through a process of a lifetime. Sadly, she was not elected but she
represented our chapter so well. We are so very proud!
For our chapter, we went to many new places and toured things such as a Freshwater
Farm located in Urbana Ohio, The Fastenal Supply/Distribution Warehouse, as well as the
Stuckey Farm Orchard & Cider Mill. During a session at the Convention, we had Carley
Claypool and Karlee Perry recognized on stage for receiving their American FFA Degrees.
These two members put a lot of hard work and dedication into earning these prestigious awards.
Congratulations!
Lastly, these members also had a fun time going to different places between sessions and
during the evening. These places consisted of the Lincoln School of Technology, touring the
Indiana Historical Center, Indiana State Museum, Rascal’s Fun Zone, Buckeye Bash, and many
other fun experiences.
