FRANKFORT, OH — A 24-year-old Frankfort man was killed early Tuesday morning following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Ross County.
According to troopers from the Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP), the crash occurred around 3:47 a.m. on September 15, 2026, on County Road 550 near Heather Drive in Concord Township.
Investigators reported that Collin Fout, 24, was traveling southeast on County Road 550 in a 2023 Jeep Wrangler when he failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway, overturned, and collided with a utility pole.
Fout was ejected from the Jeep during the impact. Concord Township EMS transported Fout to Adena Regional Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
First responders closed County Road 550 for approximately two hours while crews investigated the scene and cleared the wreckage.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted on the scene by Concord Township Fire and EMS, South Central Power, and BB Towing. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by state troopers.
