A woman was arrested Tuesday evening following a disturbance inside the McDonald’s in Chillicothe, according to the Chillicothe Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to the restaurant around 6:52 p.m. on May 13 after reports of a woman yelling and making threats inside the business.
According to the report, restaurant manager Gavin Kern told officers the woman, identified as Jennifer Loubriel, who police described as homeless and from Florida, was going through food bags belonging to other customers that were waiting on the counter for pickup. When another customer questioned her actions, police said Loubriel began yelling and making threats.
Loubriel reportedly claimed the restaurant had stolen her money and refused to give her food she had ordered. However, management told officers she had never placed an order.
Police said management requested Loubriel be formally trespassed from the property. Officers advised her to leave, but she allegedly continued accusing employees and police of stealing her money while referencing “ticket #250,” which officers believed referred to the food order she claimed to have placed.

As officers escorted her out of the restaurant, police said Loubriel attempted to elbow an officer but did not make contact.
Once outside, officers again instructed her to leave the property. After she allegedly refused, officers placed her under arrest for criminal trespass.
During a search incident to arrest, officers reported finding a silicone container in her jacket pocket containing trace amounts of suspected methamphetamine. Police said the amount was too small for felony prosecution and was destroyed at the scene.
Loubriel was transported to the Ross County Jail, where officers said she was uncooperative with jail staff. She was booked on a charge of criminal trespass and held pending a court appearance on May 14.
