
PICKAWAY COUNTY, OH — A well-known local contractor and former Pastor of Pathway Apostolic Church has pleaded guilty to several sexual battery charges relating to minors. Orginally he was indicted on nearly two dozen charges related to child sex crimes that allegedly occurred over several years at his Pickaway County residence.

Dominic Foor, 39, owner of Foor U Construction, was originally charged with:
- 11 counts of sexual battery
- 6 counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor
- 6 counts of importuning
The children were reported to be between the ages of 12 and 15 at the time of the alleged offenses. The abuse is reported to have taken place over an extended period inside his home.
Foor, whose business has operated across Central Ohio for the past eight years, was taken into custody following an investigation led by local authorities.
This week in Pickaway County Jail, Foor pleaded guilty to three felony 3 counts of Sexual battery involving a minor. The court has revoked Foors’ bond, and he now sits behind bars until his PSI (Pre-sentencing hearing.
