Officers conducted several extra patrols across the city overnight, checking on locations along Hillcrest Drive, Watt Street, Court Street, Clinton Street, and U.S. Route 23, among others. All areas were reported to be secure.

A number of disturbance calls were logged throughout the day, including incidents on Town Street, East Franklin Street, U.S. 23 South, and Dunmore Road. Officers reported some situations were resolved before arrival, while others resulted in reports being taken for follow-up.

Police also responded to a domestic trouble call on Dunkel Road, where a report was filed. Other notable incidents included fraud complaints on East Franklin Street, a juvenile issue on North Court Street, and a warrant service on Walnut Street.

Officers handled a well-being check on South Court Street that checked out okay, and responded to several alarm drops, including two fire/EMS alarms — one of which resulted in a person being transported to the hospital.

Additionally, Circleville officers addressed reports of suspicious activity, a parking complaint, a disabled vehicle, and a vehicle repossession during the day.

No major injuries or arrests were reported in Tuesday’s calls.
