CIRCLEVILLE, OH — September 15, 2025 — Local author and business owner Lisa A. Greenlee has released three new books designed to support families and caregivers navigating the challenges of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Greenlee, a Geriatric Nurse Care Manager, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Cognitive Health Program Consultant, is also the owner of Benchmark Nursing Solutions. She said her goal is to provide encouragement, clarity, and light for those who often feel overwhelmed in the caregiving role.

Her new works include:

  • SPARK — A comprehensive guide to Alzheimer’s and Dementia care for families and caregivers, offering practical tools, strategies, and compassionate insights.
  • Beacon of Light — A guided 52-week journal focused on reflection, affirmation, stillness, and gratitude.
  • Firefly Faith — A pocket devotional designed to uplift and encourage weary but faithful caregivers.

Greenlee explained that caregiving is often the most important — yet most challenging — role someone may step into.
“Caregivers often enter this journey unprepared and overwhelmed by both the medical realities and the emotional weight,” she said. “I wanted to create resources that not only explain the disease and its progression but also provide encouragement and tools to maintain quality of life — for both the patient and the caregiver.”

She added that while caregiving is a profound gift, it is also emotionally and physically demanding, making self-care essential. Her journal and devotional were created to complement the practical guide by focusing on emotional strength and spiritual support.

Greenlee’s books are now available for those looking to better understand Alzheimer’s and Dementia care while finding inspiration for the caregiving journey.
