CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (Aug. 21, 2025) – A Chillicothe woman is celebrating a big win after claiming a $50,000 prize on the Ohio Lottery’s $500,000 Platinum Jackpot scratch-off ticket.
After mandatory state and federal taxes of 28%, she will take home $36,000.
The winning ticket was purchased at Quick Stop, 1390 N. Bridge St., Chillicothe.
$500,000 Platinum Jackpot is a $10 scratch-off game that offers a top prize of $500,000. As of Aug. 21, 2025, two top prizes remain in circulation.
