The night kicked off with a civil problem at 12:18 a.m. on Fairview Blvd., requiring no report, followed by an assault report taken at 12:24 a.m. on W. Main St. A warrant arrest was made at 2:55 a.m. on Fisher Rd., and a traffic stop at 4:16 a.m. on N. Court St. resulted in a citation. Multiple alarm drops, including fire/EMS calls at 12:42 a.m. on US 23 and 6:45 a.m. on Harrison St., were checked okay. Theft reports were filed at 6:55 a.m. on S.
