CIRCLEVILLE, OH – Bargain hunters, mark your calendars! The Heritage Ponds and Walnut Creek Estates housing developments are coming together this weekend for a community-wide yard sale event that promises more than just great deals — it’s a full morning of shopping, food trucks, and fun for the whole family.
📅 Date: Saturday, June 7, 2025
🕗 Time: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. (some homes open Friday, June 6)
📍 Location: Off Walnut Creek Pike, just a ¼ mile from North Court Street in Circleville
More than a typical yard sale, this event spans two large subdivisions, with dozens of households participating and plenty of opportunities to score everything from gently used furniture and kids’ items to clothes, décor, and more. This is usually the yard sale not to miss in the area.
Adding flavor to the day, a lineup of food trucks will be on-site to keep shoppers fueled as they browse. One highlight: Cold Brewed and Tattooed, a popular local coffee vendor, will be parked in front of 430 Chatham Rd on Saturday morning — perfect for grabbing one of Circleville’s best coffees before diving into the deals.

While the main event runs Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., several homes will be set up and selling on Friday, June 6, for early-bird shoppers.
So bring the kids, bring a friend, and bring your best shopping shoes — it’s shaping up to be one of Circleville’s biggest community sales of the year.
