Fairfield County – A fire broke out yesterday August 1, 2018. Located at 11875 Chillicothe Lancaster Rd. the home was unoccupied. According to neighbor, “The house was on the market for several years, recently it was purchased as a “flip” and was being remodeled. He was close to putting in on the market only weeks away.” The neighbor was excited to finally have neighbors, someone to take care of the property and yard.
We have yet to receive word on the cause of the fire, pending a fire marshals inspection.
