The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Christopher J. Allen, 56, of Huston Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Julia A. Boyer, 46, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Terri N. Byrd, 24, of Villa Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Eric A. Coder, 27, of Long Run Road, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Rodney D. Crago Jr., 37, of Turner Drive, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to forgery and receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.

Kelly Gonzalez, 39, of Washington Court House, pleaded guilty to theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended), $104,162 in restitution and five years of community control.

Matthew G. Halley, 36, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to burglary and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. He was sentenced to seven years in state prison at Orient, $1,000 in restitution and a one-year driver’s license suspension.

– Colton E. Hedges, 20, of state Route 752, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to theft and receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.

– Nikki L. Herron, 30, of West Water Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.

– Jeremy K. Himes, 20, of state Route 104, Ashville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.

– Rusti N. Neff, 28, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to forgery. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.

– Michelle R. Parmer, 34, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and completion of a community-based correctional facility program.

– Jaime D. Pennington, 38, of Boutot Street, South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Carla J. Riffle, 43, of Eisenhower Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and completion of a community-based correctional facility program.

– Renee S. Rittenhouse, 33, of Eisenhower Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to three years of intervention plus 30 days in the county jail and six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

– Taylor N. Sampson, 22, of Cherokee Lane, Orient, pleaded not guilty to five counts of receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.

– Cassandra N. Young, 35, of Five Points Pike, Williamsport, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and six months in a community-based correctional facility program.
