Linda L. Schmidt, 63, of Ashville, passed away on Friday, Sept. 18, 2015, in Columbus.
She was born on Feb. 14, 1952, in Columbus, to Robert and Alice (Boyer) Carpenter Hart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, David, Tommy and Dale Hart; and two grandchildren, Emily and Trinity.
Linda is survived by her children, Robert Winland of Mount Sterling, Misty (Robert) Gilmore of Piketon, Robert King of Columbus and Justin Hoff of Columbus; seven grandchildren, L’Tasha, Cody, Jersey, Hunter, Hayden, Emily Nicole and Brihhana Sue; and sisters, Carol Harper, Nancy Burns and Kathy McNichols.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville, with burial to follow in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until the time of service at the funeral home in Laurelville.
