Staff Reports

The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Danny R. Bentley, 57, of Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years of intervention.

– Kyle Blazer, 27, of Frankfort, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

– Jermaine C. Bozeman, 31, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin and trafficking in cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Lacey K. Burris, 21, of Villa Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and completion of the S.T.A.R. re-offender program.

– Tommy A. Craft, 41, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

– Samantha J. Curtis, 31, of West High Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to burglary and petty theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

– Ashley K. Diller, 30, of Minford, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Dejon A. Dunning (aka “Rico”), 27, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to 11 years in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– James R. Foraker, 35, of Cedar Heights Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

– Amy K. Frazier, 36, of East Ohio Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years of intervention.

– Ashley Gloyd, 31, of Main Street, Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Ramiro Gonzalez, 40, of Clarksburg Pike, New Holland, was found guilty in a jury trial of theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, one year of community control and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Joshua R. Gray, 26, of Eva Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Michael W. Hartzell, 23, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft and misuse of a credit card. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison (suspended), plus three years of community control and $800 in restitution.

– Elizabeth R. Hill, 33, of South Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Julie A. Leach, 29, of Atwater Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to identity fraud, illegal conveyance of items into an institution and possession of heroin. She was sentenced to three years in state prison at Marysville.

– Timothy D. McFarland, 36, of East High Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to a violation of community control. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

– Tracy A. Metcalfe, 41, of West High Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to grand theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

– Nelson G. Milliken Jr., 44, of Frankfort, pleaded not guilty to failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

Larry G. Murray II, 38, of Milbourne, Kentucky, pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and theft. He was sentenced to seven years in state prison at Orient and $6,895 in restitution.

– Lyndsey J. Pauley, 36, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Lindsey N. Pyle, 21, of Garden Parkway, Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in heroin. She was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Jessica R. Quito, 31, of Nicholas Square, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years of intervention.

– Phillip A. Reichelderfer, 33, of Sunset Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Malcom M.M. Turner, 24, of Mainesville, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property and tampering with evidence. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

– Christian A. Welsh, 20, of Lancaster Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Dustin White, 33, of Middleport, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.
