John W. Boesiger Jr., 84, of Circleville, died March 1, 2017, in Riverside Hospital.
He was born Dec. 5, 1932, in Circleville, the son of John and Valora (Hoover) Boesiger.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, retired from E.I. DuPont and a member of the NRA.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandson, Brian.
He is survived by his wife, Louise (Oldaker) Boesiger; children, Jeff (Jodi) Boesiger and Jodelle Boesiger; three grandchildren, Josh Boesiger, Jordyn Boesiger and Jillian Boesiger (Andrew Mayer); one great-granddaughter, Brynleigh; sisters, Anna Schooley, Madge (Carl) DeBruin and Barbara Woodruff; brother-in-law, Ralph (Patsy) Oldaker; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday March 6, 2017, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Reber Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
