Staff Reports

The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Evan M. Dickson, 21, of Baltimore, pleaded guilty to vandalism. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Timothy A. Fausnaugh, 22, of Rustic Court, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and illegal conveyance of prohibited items into a jail. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison.

– Donald R. Henson, 42, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to eight months in state prison.

– Adam J. Howe, 31, of Napoleon, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison.

– Paul E. Knisley II, 37, of Main Street, Frankfort, pleaded guilty to theft and breaking and entering. He was sentenced to 14 months in state prison.

– Charles H. Russell Jr., 52, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Christopher A. Salyers, 36, of East Front Street, New Holland, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Bradley Stevens, 31, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to four counts of possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 11 months in state prison.
