Pickaway – Pickaway County Sheriff is reporting the arrest of the last remaining at large individual from the tri county operation Ice Up.
In the morning hours of November 28, 2019 the 20th and final suspect in the Operation “Ice Up” case, Isaac Fair turned himself into Detectives at the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office.
Isaac Fair will be held at the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office on a $500,000 bond until his arraignment in the Pickaway County Common Pleas Court.
