Missing Endangered Adult, Have you Seen Him

Missing or Endangered Adult
JACKSON, OHIO– The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an Oak Hill man who last communicated with his family on Friday, July 26 via text message regarding his disabled vehicle and that he was going swimming.
On July 29, after not being able to contact his son for several days, his father reported him missing. His son has been identified as 30-year-old Michael Saylor. Mr. Saylor said that his son’s last text said that his truck had broken down. Michael stated he would return to get his truck, but he was going swimming on Symmes Creek first. However, the truck was found by his family and Michael had not returned to it. Michael’s family also says that he had been paid a sum of money from his work just prior to his disappearance.
The Saylor family are very worried about Michael’s wellbeing, since no one has had contact with him.
Benjamin Michael Saylor, who is known to go by Michael Saylor, lives on State Route 279, near Oak Hill. He just turned 30 years old on July 29. Michael is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5’9″, weighing 180 pounds. He was last know to have a beard. He has a tattoo honoring his late grandfather on his right arm of a logging truck. He also has a tattoo of a fishhook on top of his hand.
Law enforcement is concerned for his safety.
