Mary Phyllis Wicker Neely, 77, of Laurelville passed away on October 11, 2017. She was born on October 30, 1939 in Rush, Kentucky to Tadge and Ethel (Osborne) Wicker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Finger. Mary is survived by her children Rhonda Sandt, Larry Neely, Lisa Carpenter, Melinda Wyckoff, sisters Betty and Jewell and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
