ASHVILLE – The Ashville Food Truck Festival has confirmed 13 food trucks for the July 21st in downtown Ashville. Every two weeks, we will be offering information on one of the trucks scheduled to make an appearance at the festival.
Ninja Bowl is the brainchild of Andre and Ananda Seitwan. Established nearly 3 years ago, the food truck is a regular of the festival circuit, as well as six to seven stops weekly. The food offered in the truck are multiple Japanese-style offerings such as the pictured Tofu Bowl.
