At approximately 1212 PM Ofc. Robert Morningstar stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, Wade Martin – 48 of Circleville, was found to be in possession of 10 grams of suspected Crack Cocaine and 5 grams of suspected Heroin. Wade was placed under arrest and transported to the Pickaway County Jail. He is charged with Trafficking in Cocaine (F-4), Possession of Cocaine (F-4), Trafficking in Heroin (F-4) and Possession of Heroin (F-4). Ofc. Morningstar was assisted on the scene by Circleville Police Officer Bruce Fahrer Jr. and Deputy Stephen Harger and his Canine Joris of the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office.
