CHILLICOTHE – Chillicothe Crispie creme donuts has decided to close its doors until the unforeseeable future.
According to the facebook post, “We are saddened to make this post but we feel it is the right decision to ensure safety of our employees & customers. We will be closing tomorrow, Monday 3/23/20 at 6 PM until further notice. This was not an easy decision but given the circumstances of things we believe it to be the right one. We are so sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. We will open again soon. We appreciate all of your continued patronage during this time. We will all get through this. Brighter days are ahead.”
The donut shop is one of the iconic spots in Chillicothe and Ross county. Crispie Creme has been operating since 1929 in the area since 1954.
