Brown Memorial Home Planning New Development in North Circleville

CIRCLEVILLE – Brown Memorial Home is planning a new retirement home facility in North Circleville.

The City of Circleville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at 6 pm at the Starkey Pavilion located at Mary Virginal Crites Hann Park.

The development will run along with their current facility located at East Mound Street in Downtown Circleville.

The New Development will be approx. 34 acre lot located north of Morris road and east of Atwater Avenue in Circleville Ohio.

The facility that is planned according to development sketches will have office buildings, a drive-through pharmacy, a clubhouse, a pool, independent living, assisted living, and skilled care units. The build will have multiple ponds and landscape development.

The plan calls for 40 Units, 100 max beds in the assisted facility, 15,000 sq. feet of office space, and a retail space of 10,000.

The new development will extend Morris road into a possible connection with Heritage ponds eventually.
