Athens County OH- The Athens County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the whereabouts of Walter “Popeye” Monroe, age 80, who resides on South Canaan Road in Athens.
Monroe was last seen on 03/08/2020 around 0300hrs on the living room couch by his daughter. He was wearing a maroon pull-over hoodie and gray sweatpants. He suffers from dementia and believes he still resides in Columbus, Ohio.
