
COLUMBUS, OH – State Representative Brian Stewart (R-Ashville) was recently honored with the Ohio Bar Lawyer Legislator Distinguished Service Award at the Ohio Bar Annual Convention. The award recognizes his exceptional service to the legal profession and his significant contributions to public service.
The Ohio Bar established the Lawyer-Legislator Distinguished Service Award in 2014 to recognize Ohio lawyers who also provide exceptional service as Ohio legislators. The award is presented at the annual meeting of the Ohio Bar Council of Delegates.
“I am incredibly honored to receive the Ohio Bar Lawyer Legislator Distinguished Service Award,” said Representative Stewart. “As both a lawyer and a legislator, it has been my privilege to serve the people of Ohio, and I remain dedicated to upholding justice and public service in all that I do.”
As the owner of The Law Office of Brian Stewart, LLC in Circleville, Representative Stewart maintains a successful law practice, representing businesses and individuals. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in Ohio, the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Tax Court. Additionally, he has represented clients before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Throughout his career, Representative Stewart has litigated cases in more than a dozen counties and across multiple appellate districts in Ohio.
