
CIRCLEVILLE, OH — The following individuals appeared before Pickaway County Common Pleas Court Judge Matthew H. Chafin on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Charges ranged from theft and drug offenses to weapons violations and rape.

From Columbus, charged with receiving stolen property (F-4) and property theft (F-5). A capias was issued, and the bond was released. He is in custody in Franklin County. - Sanford L. Byrd Jr. (35) – Case #2025CR0030
From Wood County, currently at CBCF. Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (F-3). Sentenced to 120 days minimum and up to 60 months at CBCF. Fined $10,500 with bond set at $10,000. Pretrial set for June 12, 2025.
